A CURRICULUM, NOT A SCORECARD
Small enough to track.
Connected enough to matter.
One node describes one ability: calculate a servo's position error, trace a Python loop, or derive a state estimate. Using a formula and deriving it are different skills.
Existing lessons attach to these skills. Future Reachy, walking-robot, and robot-arm courses can reuse the same foundations.
What does “covered” actually mean?
Taught & practiced means existing material explains the exact skill and offers a relevant activity. Introduced means it is described, demonstrated, or only partly practiced. Not yet covered means we have not found suitable content in the current courses.
This existing-source audit does not yet include the new 36-lesson VEX IQ course or the 27-lesson Python coding course. None of these labels establishes a learner's mastery. Mission checkmarks are not converted into skill scores. Student tracking and assessments are not connected.

Each skill has a stable ID and competency revision. Prerequisites, evidence criteria, content coverage, and source references travel with the data. An alternative group requires one of its options; different groups and required prerequisites are combined.
